Dear LHUSD Families,

On Monday, Governor Ducey rescinded the mask mandate for all schools, citing increased vaccinations and the CDC guidelines, leaving it open for school districts to determine the need for this mitigation strategy within their own community.  The Arizona Department of Health also rescinded Emergency Measure 2021-02, but specifically stated that school districts are encouraged to continue to take actions consistent with the CDC Recommendations.
